We believe everyone should enjoy the benefits of a healthy body and mind.
Strive Athletics ATX is pleased to offer the community FREE Workouts every week. No CrossFit experience is required, and all levels of athletic background are welcomed and encouraged to participate. So meet our family and receive education and inspiration on the Strive Athletics method.
Simply show up around 10 minutes before the 10 AM class on Saturdays and sign our waiver and you're good to go!
